Telecoms Liaison Officers (TLOs)

Telecoms Liaison Officers (TLOs) provide an authorised link between the Telecoms Office, the participating institutions and their users. 

Although the Telecoms Office are responsible for providing the services, your local TLOs are your first point of contact for issues or requests relating to Telecoms services. If the TLO cannot resolve the query themselves, they can refer it to the helpdesk team.
