We are planning the annual phone system upgrade for Saturday 20th/Sunday 21st April.
This will be an upgrade to Version 12.5 of the CallManager software.
There will be major disruption to calls on Saturday evening as we activate the new version of software. There will be further phone reboots over the weekend, but these should not affect calls in progress.
