On the afternoon of Friday 22nd September, we'll be releasing new firmware for the 78xx & 88xx series phones.
For the 88xx series phones, this new firmware fixes a bug whereby sometimes it is not possible to enter your PIN code when logging into voicemail.
For the 78xx series phones, this is just to keep the phones current.
The 78xx & 88xx series phones do most of their upgrade work in the background and only reboot to activate, so there should be minimal disruption to users. (Phones will NOT reboot and cut off calls to perform the upgrade.)
