On Sunday 19th August, we will be undertaking some maintenance work to the University phone system.
The work is to identify some network issues in the core of the phone system. We are not expecting a major outage, but it is possible that there could be problems with calls during this period.
During the work, phones may reboot, but there will be no software upgrades to either the phones or the phone system core.
