On Tuesday 10th April, between 08:00 and 12:00, there will be some electrical maintenance work occurring in the Roger Needham Building (RNB) where part of the phone system resides. This will result in the Telecoms servers hosted in the RNB will be switched off during this work.
Whilst there should be no impact to the core call handling features of the phone system, there will be some disruption.
- Admin.Phone will be offline.
- The Phone Options & Speeddial parts of My.Phone will be unavailable. (Speeddials from phones should continue to work)
- The Telecoms Helpdesk will be unable to make any changes to devices on the phone system.
