As mentioned at the last Telecoms User Forum, we have been negotiating the final two years of our current contract with O2.

Under the current contract, new connections have been entitled to connection credits. However, the administration of the connection credits with O2 has been abysmal. The updated O2 contract will only have 30-day rolling contracts with no connection credits. (We aim to get all connection credits owed to institutions by the end of July 2016)

Because of this change, we have now removed the contract length option from the website and mobile order forms.

Details of the new tariffs will be announced once the paperwork has been signed.
