Call Logger

The call logger keeps a log of all calls made or received on the new Cisco VoIP phone system. It allows users and departmental administrators near real time access to call and billing information.

By default, you will only be able to see calls made on phones assigned to your CRSid in the call logger. Departmental/College administrators can request to be given access to see all phones in their department/college. This can be requested by e-mailing the Telecomms Office Helpdesk

Information in the call logger regarding phone numbers, names, CRSids and account codes ultimately comes from departments and colleges. If you feel some information is incorrect, the please contact the Telecomms Office Helpdesk.

The call logger gets updated approximately every 15 minutes by the phone system with details of calls made and received.

In the web interface, all costs are shown exclusive of VAT

Call Logger Login

The call logger is accessed via a web browser. It is only available from the CUDN. Access from outside (e.g. the public Internet) is not currently available.

The address for the call logger is http://calllogger.phone.private.cam.ac.uk/Optimiser Access to the call logger is via Raven authentication.
